Priory of Chicago Very promising sound the intentions of Chev.John W. Young III. Laird of Auldbar CSA to built up a priory of Chicago. A la longue he awaits to recruit around 70 (or more) distinguished new members for the order – if possible in strong cooperation with the very actively acting The Illinois Saint Andrew Society, which realizes a lot of events (in 1999 f. e. National Tartan Day, The Kilted Classic Golf outing benefitting the Scottish Home, Kirkin o the Tartan, Highland Games etc.) and publishes the monthly Tartan Times-magazine. “Relieve the Distressed” since 1845 is the guiding motto of the society, which also built in 1910 the Scottish Home, a residence for elderly Scots (ISAS-badge shown right).
European cooperations Special cooperations perhaps soon we will have with the most distinguished Foundation Europeenne – Organisation Internationale Non-Gouvernementale Pour LeDeveloppement Communautaire with seat in Huy (Belgium). FE-president is H.E. Col.Prof. Dr. Pierre Pasleau de Charnay, Comte de Surmont-Charnay GCSA, also acting as Governal General of the most noble Ordre Equestre de Saint-Georges de Bourgogne (est. in 1301). President of the FE-International Council is H.R.H.Prince Henrik of Denmark. Especially for StAA we hope for interesting and successfully connections in the domains of research, arts, sciences and cultural affairs.
